Whenever a suitable property becomes available to rent, we will contact you. You can also keep an eye out on this website. We update it regularly: you may spot a property that doesn’t fit your preferred criteria, but might be suitable.
Once there is a property you are interested in, we’ll arrange a viewing to see if you like it in real life.
Once we have found a property you like, you need to let us know you are interested. We will advise the landlord and, if they are happy for you to be their tenant, we will undertake several checks on their behalf. We will:

On the first day of your tenancy (or any day between that and the day you plan to move in, if that’s more convenient), we will invite you to the office to collect the keys to your new home.
This may sound like a long and time-consuming process, but it can often be completed in a matter of days. We understand that you want a home and that our landlords want their properties let as quickly as possible, so we do everything we can to move things along as efficiently as possible.
